I serve my clients with understanding and compassion.  I listen to your story and focus on your goals.  I will advise you of your legal options, but you make the ultimate decisions on how your case should proceed.  It is your life, your children, and your property at stake.  I am here to serve you, whether as legal counsel or as a mediator.

I believe strongly in the benefits of mediation. It can be a much more efficient and cost-effective way to settle family law and other disputes. Whether as an attorney attending mediation with you or as the mediator, I am dedicated to serving clients by helping them reach a solution that meets their particular needs.

I understand there are times when litigation is needed, but I believe it should be reserved as the last option, after attempts to negotiate a settlement have been exhausted.  If it is necessary to go to court, my experience and knowledge will serve you well.

Before starting my collegiate education, I served six years on active duty with the U.S. Navy. Thereafter, I served eight years in the Naval Reserves as I worked my way through my B.S. and M.S. degrees at Utah State University.
